ICDI did an extensive review of measurement frameworks used in this sector, both those used to measure system change (care reform) and those focused on child well-being outcomes. We also did research in to the feasibility of a global measurement framework, that could measure progress across countries. The assignment included the development of a research framework, semi-structured interviews (we conducted over 30 interviews with different stakeholders) and the drafting of a 75 page report.
