Play Hubs in Hungary: Monitoring and Evaluation report, Executive Summary

In 2023 Partners Hungary Foundation coordinated the setting up of 13 Play Hubs in rural locations in northern and eastern regions of Hungary and in the capital city, Budapest.

The aim was to increase access to education and playful opportunities for Ukrainian refugee and Roma children and providing a space for social inclusion for children and families.  The design and operations of the Hubs were based on TOY for Inclusion approach.

ICDI was contracted to carry out an evaluation of the Play Hubs.  This report presents a summary of the findings and recommendations based on the monitoring and evaluation activities.
