SEED research complete, now ready to support practitioners!

Between 26 and 28 September, the SEED researchers and trainers met together in a country farm outside Zagreb to discuss the findings from the SEED research and their implications for the second half of the project.

This focusses on supporting practitioners to pay more attention to the psychosocial well-being in their daily practice. During the three days trainers from VBJK facilitated interactive workshop sessions in which all involved explored and practised key aspects of WANDA, the methodology being adapted to work with practitioners in SEED.

The main goal of Wanda is to improve the quality of experiences for children, families and staff through a group reflection process, aimed at creating well-being for everybody. This method shares the philosophy of other reflective methods, with the strength of bringing reflection into practice through specific phases.

The beautiful training setting also contributed to the success of these days together.
