Training on Comics Storytelling to booster social inclusion for immigrant mothers and children!

This week, trainers, experts and social workers will be trained on Collaborative Comics Storytelling. The trainig is part of the BONDS project. This project intends to design and develop a specific training/education programme for immigrant/refugee mothers and children, focusing on the acquisition of key competences and soft skills for social inclusion and well-being through the methodology of Collaborative Comics Storytelling.

The training realized by COMICDOM and International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI) is addressed to the trainers/experts/social workers who will work in implementing/testing the BONDS educational model, aimed at designing a set of plans, learning outcomes and methodologies for realizing educational workshops and seminars for women and children aged 6-12 based on Collaborative Comics Storytelling. Participants will acquire competences to integrate their skills and implement the BONDS model in the project countries (Greece, Italy, Cyprus, Spain, Slovenia and the Netherlands).
